Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kurt-Mfg.-Co. KJL610, KJL-6000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eurotherm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kyb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lam-Research product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurotherm such as the L52030200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSGSAFB02A100TMGE manufactured by Kyb and we are pleased to be able to service most Kyb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 715130080008 by Manufacturer Lam-Research as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Leeds--Northrup Brand 74403 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by La-Marche such as S2A122A2601 equipment made by La-Marche have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire La-Marche products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "La-Marche" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 800300271L made by Lear as well as the popular LME63L2 original spares produced by Lafert

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 60107032111 by Bosch and S2A122A2601 spares by La-Marche are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 135 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lead-Screw.
